Sole and Spirit is the name I chose for my wellness services business 8 years ago. You can learn more about this on the next page. Besides allowing me to serve my clients, this business has helped me develop my entrepreneurial and networking skills. I continue to enjoy growing in these ways and can coach you if you are ready to move forward in your own enterprise.
What "Sole and Spirit" means for me is actualizing our full potential as human beings. We are called on to be effective bridges between earth and heaven for ourselves and for others. This is the power latent in each one of us. "Sole/Soul" is our connection to earth, grounding, our individual inner essence which it is our life purpose to actualize or individuate. "Spirit" is the animating, creative energy of heaven which we share as our common heritage. Balancing and harmonizing these forces personally and collectively, I believe, is humanity's present and imperative challenge. Welcome to the journey!
